Recipe: Black-Bone Chicken Soup With Wolfberry & Huang Jing – Prepare 30g wolfberry, 30g Huang Jing, a black-bone chicken, and 3 slices of ginger. Remove the skin and viscera of the black-bone chicken, wash and boil the water for later use.
