Recipe: Hai Zhu Fig Soup - Prepare 1 tael of American ginseng, adenophora, Hai Zhu, wolfberry, 5 figs and lean. Wash and blanch the lean with boiling water, and wash the other ingredients. Put 3L of water in the pot. After the water boils, add all the ingredients. Cover and boil for about 15 minutes on high heat, then turn to low heat and cover for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
